Sports Day

It was Sports Day last week, glad to see the sun was shining, if not alittle on the breezy side.  Kids had a fab afternoon, mums had a good old catch up while watching their kids with pride.  Here are a few photos of Henrietta and Charlie in action:

Super Mario Birthday Party

Charlie's birthday party went well yesterday - no accidents, which is always a good sign.

The following photos were all taken before the party started:

Party, complete with inflatable side, homemade bunting, toads.  Lots of balloons, and Super Mario coloured table wear.

We had: Make Your Own Toads, Cake Decorating (always a fav, with some kids only eating the sweetie toppings) and colouring in.

Charlie wanted 'Pin The Moustache On Mario

As I was unable to find such an item, I got started with my pencils and Henrietta's colouring in pencils.  End result - not a bad job, if I do say so myself.

Henrietta informed me that the slide would need testing before the Party Goers arrive, I didnt have to look far for two willing helpers.

Birthday Boy Charlie

It doesnt seem 2 minutes since I was bringing home my little bundle of trouble, and now look at him.  My little boy turns 6 today.

Happy Birthday Charlie.  He asked for a new bike, as his old one was way too small.  I also bought him some Star Wars stuff, which always goes down well.  His party is tomorrow, Ive already set it all up in the village hall, so not much to prepare in the morning.

Completed Lego Star Wars ship - made by me, which took forever!

Happy Birthday my beautiful boy

I haven't blogged for a while.  Been really busy sorting out Charlie's "Super Mario" Birthday Party for this Sunday.  I'm hoping to set up the village hall on Saturday, as his party is at 11.00 on Sunday morning.  We have 26 kids coming - oh no, what have I done.

Pictures of party to follow next week.
