Last week I arranged a Star Wars party for Charlie at our village hall. Everyone (27 kids!) had a brilliant time - here are just a few photos of the day:
Charlie, waiting for his guests to arrive. You can just see the black tissuue pom poms and 3D stars hanging from the ceiling.
Charlie dressed up as REX
Henrietta looking beautiful in her new Monsoon dress
Cupcake toppers I made from coloured card and Charlie's invites, which had to be changed twice due to change of date and spelling mistake!
HIP HIP HOORAY - THE SUN HAS COME OUT TO PLAY
I am loving the sunshine, kids had the paddling pool out yesterday - I ordered Henrietta a LIMBO, a plastic protector for her cast - she can even go swimming in it, its brilliant. No more washing her hair over the kitchen sink, tonight she can have a shower.
The pond resembled pea green soup last week, something had to be done. I ordered a pump/filter all in one from Easyclear and just look at the results - I can now see my fish - yipee
I will leave you with a photo of Broccoli enjoying the sunshine, may this good weather continue
Party stuff looks great - Did you make the tissue pom poms - I was looking at a site (may have been Martha Stewart) that showed how to make them and I bought some tissue for Niamh's party but not got that far yet!!! Our fishtank is very green with algae so in the middle of trying to remedy that just now...talk to you soon Hunny!!! .xox.
